MagicEffect Photo Editor 2009.2.2
‘MagicEffect Photo Editor’ is a library of effects ready to be applied to your photos. It holds 130 effects grouped in 13 different categories.

Unlike other programs like it, this one doesn’t allow you to use multiple effects on a photo unless you save that photo each time you apply an effect. I tried to see if there’s an option to enable such feature but unfortunately I didn’t find anything. There’s nothing impressive about this program. Besides applying those effects, the programcan’t do anything else.
Besides saving your work, you can set it as wallpaper for your desktop but it will have a text placed on it in order to let you know that you are using an unregistered version. I’m totally disappointed about this program. I has a huge price compared to its features. I can’t talk about its usability because when you only have one feature its easy to be intuitive. The user interface though, looks good. I’ve seen worse.
