Atani is a nice program for creating animations in AVI or GIF format. It has a lot of options and tools that can help make your animations look better. You can import images to create the frames for your animation. Each frame can be edited using the built-in graphic editor, or moved in the timeline.  


More than 60 filters are available for applying on any frame of your animation. Each of these filters has its own options to configure, making them very customizable.
